Guys, I genuinely can't fathom how you do this: second user ThinkPads like they were new. Order the laptop with a few additions: RAM, an SSD. Ordering went very smoothly, and the express delivery was timely and efficient. The laptop itself looked brand new; I have yet to find a cosmetic flaw. Everything worked, set up first time. Highly recommended.
