UK Delivery

• Free Delivery: Monday–Friday (2–5 working days)
• Fast Delivery: Monday–Friday (1–2 working days)
• Next Working Day Delivery: Order before 1pm for next working day arrival (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Next Day service is not guaranteed in these areas.

International Delivery

• Select UPS Courier at checkout to see live shipping quotes after entering your address. Delivery speed depends on the service chosen, but most orders arrive within a few days (excluding customs processing).
• Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only.
• Additional local customs clearance charges and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. If unpaid, goods will be returned to us and we may refund your order (minus delivery fees and a re-processing charge).

EU Deliveries – Post-Brexit Information

From 1 January 2021, goods shipped from the UK to the EU may incur additional duties, taxes, and higher shipping costs.

• We offer a Delivery Only Service – your order will be delivered excluding customs clearance fees, import charges, and taxes.
• When your order arrives in your country, the courier will contact you to pay these additional charges before delivery.
• All deliveries are processed under the ‘Delivery at Place’ (DAP) Incoterm.
