Print, Scan & Copy

The XP-4200 combines three essential home printing functions in one compact unit. Print everyday documents and photos, scan originals using the integrated flatbed scanner and make colour or monochrome copies without requiring separate devices.

Please note: This model does not include fax functionality or an automatic document feeder (ADF).

Automatic Double-Sided Printing

Automatic duplex printing enables compatible A4 plain-paper documents to be printed on both sides automatically, helping reduce paper consumption and making longer documents easier to manage.

Please note: Automatic duplex applies to printing. Scanning is performed using the flatbed scanner.

Wireless & Mobile Printing

Built-in Wi-Fi allows the XP-4200 to connect to your wireless network, while Wi-Fi Direct lets compatible devices connect directly to the printer without requiring a router.

Supported mobile and cloud printing options include Apple AirPrint, Mopria Print Service, Epson Smart Panel, Epson Creative Print and Epson Connect.

Large 6.1cm Colour LCD

The integrated 6.1cm colour LCD screen makes everyday printer functions easy to access and allows copying and other common tasks to be controlled directly from the printer without using a computer.

Epson 604 Individual Inks

The Epson XP-4200 uses Epson's four-colour 604 "Pineapple" ink system with individual black, cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges.

Because each colour is replaced separately, you only need to replace the cartridge that has run out. Standard Epson 604 and higher-capacity 604XL cartridges are available.

Epson Micro Piezo print-head technology delivers a maximum print resolution of up to 5760 x 1440 dpi, with Variable-Sized Droplet Technology and a minimum droplet size of 3pl.

UK Delivery

• Free Delivery: Monday–Friday (2–5 working days)
• Fast Delivery: Monday–Friday (1–2 working days)
• Next Working Day Delivery: Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Next Day service is not guaranteed in these areas.

International Delivery

• Select UPS Courier at checkout to see live shipping quotes after entering your address.
• Most orders arrive within a few days (excluding customs processing).

EU Deliveries – Post-Brexit
