UK Delivery

  • Free Delivery: Monday–Friday (2–5 working days)
  • Fast Delivery: Monday–Friday (1–2 working days)
  • Next Working Day Delivery: Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Next Day service is not guaranteed in these areas.

International Delivery

  • Select UPS Courier at checkout to see live shipping quotes after entering your address.
  • Most orders arrive within a few days (excluding customs processing).
  • Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only.
  • Additional local customs clearance charges and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. If unpaid, goods will be returned to us and we may refund your order (minus delivery fees and a re-processing charge).

EU Deliveries – Post-Brexit

  • We ship under DAP (Delivery at Place) Incoterm – customs fees and import charges are paid by the recipient.
  • When your order arrives, the courier will contact you to settle charges before delivery.

Who is covered by the warranty?

The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original end purchaser. An original or copy of your sales invoice is required for warranty service.

What is covered by the warranty?

In the unlikely event of a hardware fault, you can return the device for repair or replacement (or an equivalent product) within the warranty period.

What about the battery?

All batteries are tested and confirmed to be in good working order at the time of sale. We will replace any that fail within 30 days of receipt. Beyond 30 days, battery wear is considered normal use and is not covered by warranty.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; misuse; accidents; unauthorized repairs; modifications; software issues; or accidental damage such as broken screens or liquid spills.
