International Delivery

Select UPS Courier at checkout to see live shipping quotes after entering your address. Delivery speed depends on the service chosen, but most orders arrive within a few days (excluding customs processing).
Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only.
Additional local customs clearance charges and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. If unpaid, goods will be returned to us and we may refund your order (minus delivery fees and a re-processing charge).

Yes. Every MicroDream Certified Refurbished device includes a 12‑month limited warranty as standard. We also offer free returns on orders above £100 and will arrange collection of any replacement or repaired item.

Who is covered by the warranty?

The warranty is non‑transferable and applies only to the original end purchaser. An original or copy of your sales invoice is required for warranty service.

What is covered by the warranty?

In the unlikely event of a hardware fault, you can return the device for repair or replacement (or an equivalent product) within the warranty period.

What about the battery?

All batteries are tested and confirmed to be in good working order at the time of sale. We will replace any that fail within 30 days of receipt. Beyond 30 days, battery wear is considered normal use and is not covered by warranty.

What is not covered by the warranty?

The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear; misuse; accidents; unauthorized repairs; modifications; software issues; or accidental damage such as broken screens or liquid spills.
