Its 2x2 AC WiFi and full array of ports will keep you connected to the internet and a variety of external devices. And inputting commands is a breeze with the optional multitouch display. The L380 was built for the road warrior, and will go anywhere with ease. Its optional backlit keyboard – with white LEDs – lets you use it in low-light surroundings and complete even the most urgent of tasks despite the late hours, and its optional IPS FHD display is easy on tired, traveling eyes. With **up to 12 hours of life in its battery, you’ll get a lot of uninterrupted time without worrying about electrical outlets – and even if you need to plug in, its RapidCharge feature will give you 80% battery capacity in an hour.

Start with Windows 10 Pro for your L380, which includes your own personal assistant, Cortana. You'll never have to hunt for files or photos or meetings again – let Cortana do the work for you! Integrate Cortana with your calendar and you can even search by when and with whom you worked on a file, rather than having to remember file names.
Lasts long enough to have its own career
The L380 was built to last and tested for durability. It packs the renowned ThinkPad reliability and is backed by a one- or two-year base warranty, with up to three years total available (see the Services tab for information on Extensions).

As a Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher we will supply you with Genuine Microsoft Windows 11 installed. You will also be provided with an Recovery partition created and Recovery Tools so you can reinstall the operating system in the future.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow its progress.
UK Delivery
- Free Delivery: Monday–Friday (2–5 working days)
- Fast Delivery: Monday–Friday (1–2 working days)
- Next Working Day Delivery: Order before 1pm (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Next Day service is not guaranteed in these areas.
International Delivery
- Select UPS Courier at checkout to see live shipping quotes after entering your address.
- Most orders arrive within a few days (excluding customs processing).
- Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday only.
- Additional local customs clearance charges and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. If unpaid, goods will be returned to us and we may refund your order (minus delivery fees and a re-processing charge).
EU Deliveries – Post-Brexit
From 1 January 2021, goods shipped from the UK to the EU may incur additional duties, taxes, and higher shipping costs.
- We ship under DAP (Delivery at Place) Incoterm – customs fees and import charges are paid by the recipient.
- When your order arrives, the courier will contact you to settle charges before delivery.
- If charges are refused and goods return to us, we may refund the order minus delivery fees and re-processing costs.
Tip: Please check estimated customs charges before ordering, as they can be significant.
Returns Policy
We want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, please obtain authorization from us beforehand by opening a support ticket.
How to Return an Item
- Add New Support Ticket: Request return authorization by opening a ticket via our Helpdesk portal.
- Refund Policy: We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in the exact same condition as supplied.
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 7 working days of arrival.
- Documents: Include a copy of your invoice and reason for return.
- Secure Packaging: Use the original packaging if possible and ensure the item is well-protected. Damage caused by poor packing will be the sender’s responsibility.
