UK Delivery

- Fast Delivery: MondayāFriday (1ā2 working days)
- Next Working Day Delivery: Order before 1pm (MonāFri). Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.
Please note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays are not counted as working days. Delivery may take longer for remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland. Next Day service is not guaranteed in these areas.
International Delivery
- Select UPS Courier at checkout to see live shipping quotes after entering your address.
- Most orders arrive within a few days (excluding customs processing).
- Orders are dispatched MondayāFriday only.
- Additional local customs clearance charges and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer. If unpaid, goods will be returned to us and we may refund your order (minus delivery fees and a re-processing charge).
EU Deliveries ā Post-Brexit
From 1 January 2021, goods shipped from the UK to the EU may incur additional duties, taxes, and higher shipping costs.
- We ship under DAP (Delivery at Place) Incoterm ā customs fees and import charges are paid by the recipient.
- When your order arrives, the courier will contact you to settle charges before delivery.
- If charges are refused and goods return to us, we may refund the order minus delivery fees and re-processing costs.
