How can I return items?

You need to get our authorization before returning goods back to us. Please "Add New Ticket"

We will be happy to refund an item if you change your mind within 30 days of receipt. Product need to be return in exact same condition as was supplied.

If you would like to get a refund, you are responsible for the safe return of the product. It is always better to return the product in the same packaging used by us.

Returns will take approximately 7 working days to process once the goods have arrived.

Please include copy of invoice and state reason of return.
